It keeps the power bar from moving or falling behind my workbench. Not too exciting, but very useful, in that unplugging cords now only takes one hand. I did have to take the circlip off the end of the clamp to get it to fit without removing the return from the desk, and the current powerbar is narrower than the clamp so it needed a wedge to make it tight.

This is one of my favourite products I have got from Shopper+, primacables, living.ca or whatever it is It securely clamps to my desk. I have 3. One for securing a power bar and two for laptop chargers. I clamped it to the underside of my desk instead of having everything easily accessible. It is great because it securely holds everything and j don’t have a power bar loosely hanging from my desk to the outlet.
