The cartridges have been delivered in an outside mailbox at -35 degrees Celsius. So, the cartridges were simply frozen and i do not know if i can use them without damaging my color printer. Since i do not want to take any chances, you should send me new ones free of charge. Next time, see that my signature is required by the post office before delivering and if not possible, that i will have to go and get it at the post office counter or at one of their picking points.
Dear Patrice, The cartridges are usable and will not break your printer. If your cartridges are frozen, we suggest to let it melt at room temperature for 24 hours before using them.
