If you are running a long length, through conduit for example, it's always worth it to get cable on a wooden spool. It makes running it far easier and avoids kinking. This replaced an old non gell filled cable that had water intrusion. New cable seems like it will resist water traveling along its length thanks to gel filling. Nice thick 23 AWG solid copper. Over all very good value cable IMHO.

Très bon produit et de qualité. Livraison rapide. Super produit. Very good product and quality. Quick delivery. Unroll two times 200 'and insert the two in a 1/2 "pvc pipe to connect the house to the garage. At the first attempts to install the male connectors without cutting one end of the wires possibly damaged by the stretching of the wire at the passages in the pvc pipes, so at the first tests the connectors had a perfectly functional contact.

As described, suitable for underground and exposed outside locations. I put a network plug on each end without unreeling and it tested cleanly over the entire 1000' length, so no breaks (and presumably no splices). Note that the thicker gauge (23AWG) wires are difficult to put a cheap generic 8P8C plug on, but it can be done.

This cable is tough! The gel filled can be annoying to work with and the cable is stiffer than normal. But it will hold up to the elements (so it seems, only just got it). I would not use this for stuff inside the house as it is cheaper and easier to work with regular CAT6. If you are installing outside this is the way to go.
