I've had it for under a year and the usb connector does not lock in anymore. So almost any time I set my phone on it the motion is enough to dislodge the cable and prevent charging. Up until that point it worked well.

Very good charging station even with a thick phone case, however it will not work if you have a metal plate for a magnetic car mount. The metal plate interferes with the NFC connection.
