So far love this kettle. You get to set temperature for the perfect cup of tea. Herbal tea was good at a slightly lower temperature. Also like the colored lights that change as the temperature increases which is very fast. As a side note, I bought somewhere else a stove top kettle that didn't whistle and smelled if the burner was set above medium at a higher price and made me put a chair in the kitchen just to boil it took so long. This electric kettle is better and faster and so flexible. I really recommend this from shoppers plus.

On aime : La finition. La prise en main. Le bec qui verse sans éclaboussures. L'ouverture facile du couvercle. Le contrôle précis de la température, très utile pour le thé vert et les tisanes. L'affichage numérique en degrés Celsius, clair et lisible. L'option de maintien de la température (Keep Warm). La jauge de niveau d'eau métrique et son affichage à DEL multicolore : c'est discret, agréable visuellement et ça permet de voir d'un coup d'œil que la bouilloire est en fonction. On aime moins : Le manque d'isolation de la surface de la bouilloire, qui devient très chaude. La séquence de mise en marche de l'option de maintien de la température (Keep Warm) n'est pas intuitive et se désactive dès qu'on retire la bouilloire de son socle pour verser l'eau (peu pratique si on souhaite maintenir la température pour se verser une 2e boisson dans les minutes qui vont suivre). L'état de veille permanent : le bouton « Start/Cancel » clignote doucement en bleu (comme un ronflement !) mais ne s'arrête jamais, ce qui est inutile. En résumé : On aime ! Pour le prix, on lui pardonne ses légers défauts. Excellent rapport qualité-prix !

Great value. Please note that the kettle is louder than others I have used, but it is not too bad. Also if you set the temperature to 90 degrees, the kettle once it reaches 80 degrees, starts to turn off and on multiple times until it reaches the 90 degrees. I assume this is to ensure the temperature does not exceed 90 degrees. This does slow down reaching the desired setting though.
