Very good design. lived up to expectations. Easy to assemble except for one screw and thread not lining up for the padded board. So I just used a thick wood screw. Instructions are good. Haven't had time to try out for exercises. Easy to get on from the front an legs are supported at ankles and rear of knees

This is pretty sturdy and good value for money. The leg bars are a little wobbly but you can't tighten them. The other thing is that you have to assemble the bench and there are a lot of pieces and little to no instructions on how to put it together. We figured it out but it did take a while so just a head's up for others.

The L pin does not fit into the front frame. It appears this unit had been returned before as the packaging was open and the frame has scratches. I have sent photos to 123ink as per Sabrina's instructions and await their reply. So my rating may change.

Great bench. Stable. Only issue is it a little short (not an issue for me however at 5-8. The adjustment arm on the backrest however is a little off centre and I worry that it might not hold. Its fine however for light workouts.
