I have placed the order 3 days ago and I have received the tree today. great quality I was pleasantly surprised. good size condo and my cat which is very shy and skittish already loves it. it was very easy to assemble. my boyfriend assembles everything around here and coming from some one like me it would be extremely easy for others to do it. all screws were aligned and the tree is sturdy and the color is nice too. it fits perfectly at the corner and filled up behind my workstation nicely without taking up further room. the size and height is perfect. no weird factory smell. great costumer service!

Good quality product. Our cat really loves it. Solid build enough for a cat. The suspending accessories are tough. The cat pull hard the little mouse ans it still good on. Very satisfied and the cat too. Il recommend this product.

Easy enough to assemble once you figure out the instructions which were minimal. Kitten likes it a lot ..mommy cat not so much...rescued feral ..never played. Price quite acceptable.
