The insulated pocket in the front is perfect. Put a cold bottle in there and hours later it was still cool. So many pockets. It’s deceiving how small it is but holds so much. Poor customer service and policies!!! Loved the bag at first but the service disappointed me so much, Prices drop every 10-15 days but they don’t reimburse the difference as their policy is just a 7 day price difference policy! That also in store credits !!! Really?! since I liked the bag I ordered another one but received a bag that looked used and dirty which I will be returning. Any other website would be better, at least would have better return and exchange policies not a 7 day price difference policy!
