First thing first, this product arrived super fast, within just 2 days, much ahead of the delivery date. I'm very delighted. Product is perfectly packed and is exactly same as shown in the pictures. Appears to be of good quality, but I will know for sure, only after I install it and start using it. I'm definitely going to promote and recommend this to all my friends. I can't imagine a life without Bidet. And I still don't get it why people think it is end of universe if they run out of toilet paper and lined up outside the stores during pandemic, when bidet is the most hygienic and environmental friendly option.

Bought two. Once you get used to using them, you can’t go back to only toilet paper. Although it does save on toilet paper, if that is the only reason you are thinking about getting it, then you probably need your money for something else - like food. I’ve had them for months, and they don’t leak, and continue to work well. I turn the water valve on and then off with each use, to release water pressure in the hose. Thank you Seller!

First, hanging piece came dirty. After spending time connecting, disconnecting, cleaning leaks, changing tape, connecting again, leak after leak… I think the connector T piece is poorly designed. I had to disconnect everything to be able to use the toilet (without bidet). Thinking of ordering just the T connector separately to fix the issue but wasted my money with this product.

Very high quality bidets. This is my third one for the same brand. This would be my go to brand for any more bidets required.

Easy to install, works great. I can't recommend this type of spray bidet enough, and this one is comparable in every way to the one I have that was three times the price.

good quality but for some reason the pressure in the sprayer is too low. I was told it is the pressure that you get from the water source and nothing to do with the sprayer it slef
