Like most people I don't use this often. I only use when I want to congratulate myself on how fat I've become. Sleek and simple design. For those that can't find the lbs switch, remove the batter cover and slid the switch to one side or the other. The one I received unfortunately turned into a large paper weight. I've tried powering it on and off and when I step on it the scale powers off without reading the weight.
