As advised, very lightweight backpack. What about the solar panel, it looks like it is usable only under direct sunlight, since anything less than that doesn't charge the phone. When I point 2 very bright table lamps, I get only 3.5V output from usb, what is not enough even to charge a powerbank. May need to be improved with a dc-dc booster to charge at lower light conditions. The solar panel is flexible. I would say it is like an emergency power source rather than for everyday usage. But normally I can just charge from powerbank through the external usb.

I love its compact size while still having plenty of internal room, and while it remains to be seen how well the Solar Powered part works, I am thrilled ... My only complaint is that there was no instruction booklet with it regarding how to use the USB and Solar functions ... that being said, I did find some helpful information in the product description on this site.

I didn't find the solar panel worked very well to power my device. It was very finiky, I had to be in direct sunlight for anything to happen. Don't rely on the solar panel if that is why you are getting this.

Purchased for emergency situations. Tested and it charges iPhone within reasonable time period. (Under direct November sunlight, took about 3 hours from 0% to reach 80%) Good for emergency but cannot replace your wall charger for sure. One downside - iPhone was keep saying it doesn’t support this accessory though it was charging anyway. LOL.
