I purchased these to replace other bands that I had purchased at a dollar store. I like that this set contains the slider and carrying pouch. I was a bit surprised at how short the loop bands are. They are 1/3rd smaller than the standard size, and the material is very thin. These are not good for your legs as you can barely fit two legs through and still have stretch room. I can still use them for my arms. I would suggest buying thicker bands for your legs. I haven't tried the sliding discs yet as I'm still rehabbing my knee and these would cause more pain.
