At first I thought it was junk, until I figured it out. Works great now. Much better than yelling "Answer" into my Bluetooth device. I have a SUV that doesn't have Bluetooth connectivity, so I have a device that goes onto my visor and connects via Bluetooth and have to say Answer. But it doesn't always answer right away. With this I just swip But I have been purchasing products through Primecables in Richmond for years. Have taken many business cards from there and handed them out to people all over the place.
