I was very skeptical about buying a compatible toner cartridge over a genuine OEM, but the price difference was more than double. The first time inserting the cartridge an error was detected, but opening the printer lid and closing the lid again cleared the error. I am very satisfied with this cartridge.

The new cartridges fixed the issue I had with the stale-dated cartridges. Everything is working again as it should. Word from the wise: they do not have a 2 year shelf life.

Works as expected. Can’t bouncy for its capacity yet but for the price compared to OEM, can’t be beat.

Shipping was quick. Haven’t tried it yet in the printer since we still have a few pages left on the old cartridge. Will update once we’ve tried it.

My order has not been received. You send me the wrong toner cartridges and I had to return them. My communication with your customer service was very poor. It took 3 days to receive a reply and another 2 days to tell me what to do. It has been 4 days since I sent back the package and still no toner for my printer. I have been your customer for some time but this experience will make me look somewhere else for toner. Steve Elefteros
