We have been using these cartridges for a few years now and are very satisfied with the price and the printing capacity. We also like that if by some chance one or 2 do not work, customer service does not hesitate to replace them at no extra cost.

I have ordered this before and loved it. I homeschool our daughter so we print a lot. I can open the last one several months later and has never dried out on me. Easy to install. I will keep buying these.

I ordered 4 packs of this product because product description says one toner yields 1000 pages so I thought it is value for money. However, after printing about 200 pages or so (in low to medium resolution i.e. 100 or 150 dpi), the printing smudges up and color of the image in the middle part of the page (see photo) now all faded, making the print not able to read. VERY disappointed about this product as I thought I eventually found a toner that is reasonably- priced and gives good yield of prints but NOT REALLY. I've ordered inkjet cartridges from 123ink.ca before and the print yield was as described and hence I ordered again from them. But this time is a disappointment. Now I have to look elsewhere to get a reasonably-priced toner that performs as described.
