I've used this and it worked alright. I would have liked it more if it came with a cover for the head instead of the tray and the rolling action isn't as smooth as my 1mm roller from Czechoslovakia. Because it's not as smooth I'd only use it on smooth skin and not on my couple atrophic scars. The 3 leaves are because it's OK and inexpensive. I might use it for maintaining smooth skin.
