Yes I am happy with the product. I do have to mention that sometimes after I have installed the ink the container shows in my computer that the ink is only 3/4 filled. This occurs with the black ink.

I love it and it is much cheaper and faster service than I ever had before. I am buying quantity so it takes awhile for me to use it up. Right now my computer seems to use the color faster than the black. Glad that I found out about you.

Not happy this time with this product. It printed fine once and then the second time the machine would not print saying the cartridges were empty. Would not buy again from this company

Merci pour le service, le produit n’est pas régulier dans la couleur et le noir, des fois foncé ce qui est bien et des fois pâle..

Yes Great service and great price. I just wish that when you advertised a special on Thanksgiving week-end that you would have said there is no one to take your call Sat & Sun. They said too busy to take your call but leave your number and someone will call you back. Later someone called back and said no one to take your call.

The cartridge only lasts a week(approx. 100 copies) and is messy to open (leaves ink on my fingers), why did you change from the other one.... this one is not worth it. Should charge less for this product!
