Got it while on sale so price is good, however it came up a very strong chemical odor, same odor as the office chair I purchased 2 years ago... not sure if my cat will be fine with the odor, so I am leaving the backpack out under the sun and see if that helps... Love the design & construction but the colour I was unexpected. I ordered the 'green' colour that appears to be a lovely, bright shade of teal in the photos online, but the one I received was sadly a dark, forest or army green. Customer service was great & ultimately I decided to keep it even if I only use it as a carrier for vet visits because I like the design, but head's up if you decide to order the 'green' version.. maybe they've updated the stock & you'll get what's pictured, maybe you'll get a much darker shade like I did...
