I was skeptical because most of these gravity car vent phone holders start off great and quickly have negative comments. I was tempted to buy a less expensive one because there are a lot of them to choose from. So glad I bought this one! Took a minute to find the best place on the vent to attach it since the fact the it protrudes more than I'm used to but no problem. Love it!

This is a great product and excellent value so I bought one for each vehicle and would recommend for anyone to do the same. Strong grip of air vent and the phone (even with a minimal case on it) has meant that I have never had it pop out as experienced with other similar products that I have used. It was convenient enough because it fit my air vents. But, one of the side arms fell off after just several weeks of light use and, even though the warranty period is listed as 365 days, I can't submit a warranty claim because the option is greyed out for this item. Apparently, you don't get the Primecables warranty coverage if you buy with some sales, even though my order also says the warranty is 365 days. So, I'm stuck with a defective item that is within the advertised warranty period and can't submit a warranty claim. I rated this 3 stars because I'd give the product itself 4 stars if it was more durable. Maybe I'm being generous, but I took away only one star total for poor durability and the warranty not being honoured.

Not a very good product. when you drop your cell in the sides don't clamp very well at all therefore you need clamp the gravity mechanism together with your hands then adjust it so your cell is sitting straight as opposed to a slight angle which really annoys me. A soon as you rotate to landscape mode cell placing is all buggered up again and your phone will eventually fall out while driving.

Grips well, and is OK at holding ~6" phones. Clamp is stiff and awkward. The arms don't engage completely from the weight of the phone on the bottom support - needs to be adjusted manually. Still, when it is on sale this is a great bargain. This is the second one I've purchased so I can have one in both my cars.
