I've been using it for over 6 months now, installed quickly and is pretty much seamless unlike other bidet options. The seat is more comfortable than the one that was installed before, cold water only is perfectly fine (it uses so little that it's mostly room temperature water) and my GF who initially thought it was a waste of money now loves it... So I was overall happy with it, but didn't realize what a life changer until I had to take a dump at work! :o Had to waste so much tp, it felt so messy and I still feel dirty...

fast delivery. great quality product for the price. easy install. Does the job and reduces the amount of TP used. The only negative is that it creeks a little when moving on the seat and seat cover is larger than the old one therefore it needs more height to open fully.OVERALL A GREAT BUY.

Easy to install, but the instructions are not clear and seem to have multiple, incorrect models. Pay special attention to the orientation of the mounting plate.

Great quality. I replaced all toilet seats at home with this one. having the bidet as part of the seat makes it more stable and durable

Do not buy if you have a round toilet bowl. This item is more suitable for elongated bowl.
