I was super upset at the toner and after wrestling with it for a full day, I figured out how to get prints comparable to OEM canon toners (which are great btw). Firstly do the full color adjustment where it prints out a colour bar and you scan it twice. In win/Mac print dialogue box mess around with the advanced toner delivery and color controls. For me, bumping up the K toner by +3 and the CMY by +2 gave much better results. I also use the Canon ECM rather than Canon Colour Controls (Mac).

The delivery was failed first because it was ordered for a business and delivered after 6 pm and on the weekend. I contacted the customer team and they helped and reshipped using UPS. I appreciate it! the product itself is great! Jason

It's not the first time I buy that brand, before it didn't come with a chip. So very nice addition. I'd buy again and tell you to get it, way better price than OEM.

Love that this is a compatible product (for a fraction of the price). Our office regularly purchases this black refill because of our print volume. No complaints – will reorder without hesitation. I'd highly recommend this product (and any of the other Color Toners from this company).
