I've only had it for a week but so far so good. Easy to assemble and didn't notice the problems other reviewers had about the arms being too wobbly and armrests too easy to move. Lumbar support is pretty good. After a week of use, my back and neck are in significantly less pain than my older office chair. This is nice enough that I forget to set my desk to standing mode. Since I can't give half stars, I will say the coaster wheels that are stock are terrible. I will be ordering new wheels for the chair soon.

Very comfortable chair and easy to assemble. I set it up at home for my wife with the adjustable height table and her shoulder and neck pains are gone.

Excellent chair for the price when on sale. Lots of adjustments and mesh base provides great support. Extremely comfortable. Only complaint is that the arm rests don't lock. I push down on the arm rests to lift myself up and the arm rests slide forward or move sideways. Otherwise absolutely great chair. Recommended it to many friends

Tres solide, facile à assembler, livraison efficace, bon support. Comme d'autres ont mentionné, l'appuie tête n'est pas facile à ajuster pour une bonne position mais peut être retiré alors c'est bon. Sinon je trouve le mesh un peu collant..

Got it on sale for $250 and for that price I can't complain. Actually I can complain; The lumbar support doesn't move very far, and the headrest is rather far back so my head rarely touches it, but that might be due to my height(~6'2"). It works better if I slouch a bit, but that's not great posture to have all the time. Complaints aside, this is a great chair in it's price range, and I'm glad I got it.

Very happy with the build quality and comfort level. I am 6ft tall and the headrest still provides comfort unlike some other chairs I have used that dig into my upper back/neck.

I love this so much that having used this model for 3 years and it looking like new, I bought 2 more. The only thing that I don't like is that they don't include good wheels and I have to upgrade from the cheap plastic ones they include (what a waste).

Good chair but one major issue causing nausea and constant discomfort. The chair itself is great in terms of comfort but the piston its sitting on is not leveled straight causing me to constantly turn left even when I sit. This results in my siting to be sideways and somewhat nauseating, Will inquire with CS to see if this issue can be fixed. If so, this is definitely a 4.5 star chair. Pros: Comfortable firm mesh, nice height on headrest. adjustable arms (somewhat). Lumbar support does not feel like it does anything. Cons: Large dull hard plastic pads for elbows, not levelled piston resulting in me sitting somewhat angled and always turning left (tried on perfectly flat surfaces as well).

Comfortable and adjustable in many ways. Seat is a little stiff but a good size.
