Impressed with this strainer. Rarely deep fry food but some products require it. This strainer works well , collects almost all food products left in oil and allows fir the reuse of oil. In todays cost cutting environment , this allows for the re-use of oil so little waist. Quite impressed with the quality.

I like to reuse oil, especially for seasoning my cast-iron skillet. This is great for storing excess oil and it keeps it from getting contaminated. Easy to clean too.

The material is good, but the workmanship is only acceptable. There are gaps along the rim of the cover.

Great Strainer Pot and the filtered oil is without any residue so you can reuse the oil. Very easy to clean up the pot.
