The rails do work well. Installing the rails took time and patience as I am not a carpenter and had to learn how to do it from YouTube. Some of the bearings fell out of the slides and had to be reinserted. These rails do soft close but do not have the auto-close feature.

I ordered black slides I received stainless steel.... Does not match what my client wanted. I reported the matter as this was the second time, and I found out after the items were shipped the Caribbean. The company simply sent return labels to send them back. They took no responsibility, especially when sending them back were financially impossible .

it's fine, a little bit hard to pull. I'm hoping it breaks in and loosens up slightly

Nice and solid drawer slides. I have not used them yet, but great price for these type of slides. Most drawer slides are about $20 and up.

The quality was unfortunately not on par with expectations, but I'm pretty sure I received a defective unit... 5 stars for the customer support that resolved the issue.

Don't runs smoothly and needs a bit of force to move, although the softclose system works.

need detail intallation intructions. I intalled no 1 and no 3 position drawer (top and bottom) flush to the cabinet edges, top drawer ok. When I installed the bottom one it can not close completely has a half inch opening gap. I have to move the drawer slide bar half inch inside the carbinet, then it will lose properly. Also when open the drawers it is harder to open the drawers then other brand name's slide. Is there any adjustment to adjuste the tension ?
