I love the convenience and pricing of the ink! I ordered over the phone and it was at my door within 3 business days and I was offered a point discount. I wouldn’t get this type of service from the local business supply store

My new printer, new Epson printing inks...Shopperplus.ca never disappoints. I had some reservations as to where to get my new supply of printer inks because this is the first time I bought a new printer after my last Epson Printer which lasted for years and this last one has given a fair share of issues simply because of the number of years of service. So, after shopping for another new one, there's always that possibility of how the new printer will perform compared to the old one and most of all, with the emergence of new technological advancement, really have no idea how the new printer would perform under any compatible made inks other than their (Epson) own manufactured printing inks. Just as I had mentioned, the Black colored ink that I had purchased recently for the new printer did not disappoint. Totally impressive and really working economically so far compared to the original ink that came with the new printer. Shopperplus didn't let me down before with my old Epson printer and nothing has changed since then. They are my #1 go-to source now for all of my Epson ink. Thank you Shopperplus.

J'utilise toujours ces cartouches. À deux reprises, elles étaient défectueuses et ne fonctionnaient pas.

Worked initially on my Epson WF-3820 but after performing a printer update that needed to be done, the relatively new cartridge (only used a few times) unfortunately did not work any more, with a message showing "Cannot recognize ink cartridge. Try installing again."

Exactly the same as the name brand, but cheaper! No issues with printer accepting the cartridge and updating ink level. Quick shipping too!

I am happy with the high yield cartridge as the manufacters supplied cartridge has so little ink that I used it up in less than a week. Plus the price is very reasonable.

Epson has updated their firmware to no longer recognize these cartridges. If you haven't updated your firmware, you should be ok. If you did, these will not work, and there is no firmware roll back. I've been down that rabbit hole. Epson know EXACTLY what they are doing, so now you know too. This is NOT Shopper+ fault, so I don't blame them in this. But they should at least make buyers aware of the issue, or just stop selling these units.
