Was a gift using the flyer coupon... But came completely non functional. The heating pad does get a bit warm, but the massage head does not move at all, just gives a clicking sound. They can't replace it either because it was a gift. Was looking forward to it, but met with great disappointment.

The good: portable, quick massage, has a strip that heats up too. The bad: battery life is terrible died after one hour of use at 4 intensity level!! I don’t know if I got a lemon or just the product is such!!

It is portable and powerful, battery charge stays long. So far so good in the long run Not sure if the battery is replaceable or will it hold charge after some time.

Wasn’t really sure what we were going to get as the shape of the massager is odd, but as it turns out, it works quite well and the shape isn’t a cause for concern. It is super light to hold , the range of intensity is great. The added bonus of the heating element seems to be a good idea. Haven’t really had a reason to use that yet but it does work well.
