Great item for price, I mean it's purpose is simple and it does just that. But build is made of plastic and do not expect it to hold with all your weight on it of course (it's used for resting your foot, not a step stool). 3 adjustable height slots. No complaints, but like others have said, be aware that you cannot lock the tilt angle which is fine for me anyways.

Comfortable and wide range of movement to keep feet stretched. Rollers help to massage the underfoot which helps with blood flow from long periods of sitting.

Well designed and size is a good fit for me. My desk is a bit high and I need to set my chair to a high level so my foot barely touch the ground anymore. This as perfectly solved my problem.

I like it, I thought I could adjust it so it would be stable and not move, but otherwise it is fine and comfortable for my position.
