I have to say in all honesty that this pull-out shelf unit is nothing short of amazing. The instructions are clear, the whole thing is made from good quality materials and it has been designed by someone who appreciates quality. Having ball bearings on the swivel points makes sure it runs smoothly. The gas shocks help it to open and close smoothly and the attention to detail is superb. Low quality. Tray post attached by 3 shallow screws into particle board base. Broke on install, had to epoxy post back on. Bearing on one bar rod fell out. Installed without it. We'll see how it performs.
