I only built the track around the bottom of my tree this year as I didn't have time to set it in floating around the tree. it seems fine, the battery contact wasn't sitting quite right at the beginning and the train did not work at first but after I had adjusted it, it worked fine. I'm hoping setting it up next year in the centre of the tree doesn't get too tricky. we will see.
