Mom was uncertain as shes had bad experiences with neck massagers in the past, but shes loving this! she loves the warmth and kneading settings and has been using it daily. Pretty good product, small and easy to store too.

keeps stinging my neck, very poor quality.
We're sorry for the late reply. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the neck massager, and we're truly sorry that it kept stinging your neck instead of giving you the soothing relief you were hoping for. That's certainly not the comfort or quality we want our customers to receive, and we've shared your feedback with our product team so we can do better. If you'd like more help, our Customer Support team is here for you: Live Chat or 1-866-979-7463, Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET. — 123ink.ca Customer Care. What Customers Think About Shopper+
Site is easy to read and navigate. Not true for many other sites. Lots of other stuff to choose from as well. When I get time, I'll have a good look. Thanks!
