So we've had the product for 3 weeks. So far it's pretty great. I have 2 cats and they pee a lot. So far no issues to complain about. I've noticed if there's not enough litter in there the litter will stick to the silicone bottom, but as it rotates if you quickly scoop it off it won't trigger the sensor and finish it's cycle. The wifi feature seems cool, but it's works well without it. It being a 2.4 GHz connection means I have to fix my motum to broadcast it which I haven't bothered to do yet. Overall it works with any litter, and does a better job at keeping the bin clean then my husband did so I'm happy with it.

This is definitely a game changer. It is a little temperamental from time to time where the Clearing cycle may not come on, despite regular cleaning. It is filled as per the recommendations with the approved litter. We found it helpful to unplug and replug the device and everything starts up again. I would like to know where we can order additional bags for the drawer. The plug is quite massive and it may not be possible to plug in an additional automatic litter box.

So far I haven't been able to use it's functions. It came with a broken piece and I haven't heard anything from support, only that it's now in another departments hands. I just asked for a part replacement as one of the tension piece's for the auto cleaning was broke when I got it. I like the functions and the conceptual ideas it has, however I learned that because mine is "English" and not "Chinese" I loose out on all of the advertised features, aside from auto cleaning (assuming I get the part and it works), the digital scale only works once when plugged in then must be unplugged and reset (weight/scale is way off and doesn't record proper weight or data), there's a fan, but it's only on sparsely ( should be 24/7). I had high hopes, but I can't in good conscience give this a good rating if my needs aren't being met and it's not functioning properly. I paid roughly have a rent cheque after all fees and shipping were said and done,I also live in the capital city if that gives you an idea, in Canadian dollars. I could have spent that elsewhere on something worth it, so unless I can get a Full-Refund or at least have what was advertised then this rating is going to have to stay up.
