I have bought 07 sets and generally they function well. 1. Very usual that the door was thinner, then the lock was hard to rotate, so I have to add a square washer to make its the lock worked smoothly. I suggest to add 1 rubber/plastic square washer to the packages. (see the pictures) 2. One or two locks are very difficult to set the codes. I am not sure it might be due to wifi signal or something else.

Relatively easy to install as the deadbolt fit the specs of this lock. A few hiccups, but nothing ever installs perfectly (hardware or software) - a great value - exactly what I was looking for. Longevity and reliability over time yet to be determined as this is only week 2.

The instructions provided tell you to Download one app but it does not work. I had to get help, then the new app I needed only seemed to work, it also ended up not working. When it was installed on the door the automatic process would work but after it closed the handle would catch and move back into the open position so it would not register as closed. When I tried to open the lock from the outside it simply did not work. I spent days fooling with this and eventually sent it back.
