Great set, easy to use while doing something else, like listening to an audiobook etc.... Like the variety of exercises and exercise levels, very good way to build up strength and control.

Seems pretty good so far. As another review mentioned, the individual finger strength gadget does not work smoothly, but the main grip strengthener seems to work well.

Core item is great, the finger device is a bit flimsy and clicks a bit too much. But, its a great price in a usually overpriced category.

Perfect little exercise grips for my hands while taking a break from keyboarding or working at my desk. Easy to access any of these but I tend to use the donut.

The hand grip strengthener and finger trainer are good and adjustable. Finger stretcher, grip ring and ball are all too small for adult's hands.
