I haven’t used this toner just yet, I bought it thinking that the new printer that I just bought comes with a toner cartridge that is a demo cartridge and limited to a small number of copies. So for that reason I thought it would be pertinent to have a new cartridge on hand when the first one runs out, not knowing exactly when that would happen. Thank you

Was not compatible even though when I searched via the home page this was recommended. Was told that search providers broader search results and I had I scrolled down to the fine I would have seen it was not compatible. Very deceptive website, nor refund, no credit, just to bad so sad. Do not recommend any purchases, trust pilot rating of 1 overall so this is a common problem.

Ordered your compatible cartridge and when I put it in my printer it was not compatible. Contacted the company to request a return and was told the cartridge would not work in my printer and to change chips from my original HP to the Moustache cartridge. I replied that I wanted to return the cartridge and would look to purchase an original HP cartridge. Still waiting for my return authorization.

I followed the instructions of shaking the cartridge before installation. After printing 1 page, the following pages were not printed. Before printing I have to take out the cartridge, shake it vigorously and successfully print 1 page. I have to repeat this action to print every page. This is really frustrating.
