I received this product in two shipments. After my wife phoned to customer service mention the 2nd package wil be coming one day later, it came after one day i don’t understand “ Wooden Board Electric Adjustable BedBase with Remote Control- PrimeCables- Twin XL. Model: Cab - PC- 08386 “. The bed seems to be working fine. The motors working smoothly, no noise at all.

very good product, very sturdy and smooth operation, very quiet, seems very well build, only reason I give 4 stars instead of five is because is should have a led light under the bed, but one bed work, the other one no, customer service wants me to take pictures, I guess will be showing no lighting under, it make no sense, but the product quality make up for it, I do recomended
