The rails wobble enough that I couldn't trust it, so I removed it. A waste of money.

Very flimsy and unstable. Not safe for my senior parents. You get what you pay for, which is junk. I put in garbage already.

We ordered two, and both, after building and installing them, the arm handles 'wobble'. Even when fastened properly and tightly. Also, with one, the push button fasteners, along where the 'plate' fits in between the toilet and the toilet base, they do not align properly! If they were to align with the holes, the plate would be on an angle! So we cannot use the 'push buttons' in the plate to secure the rails to the toilet! Only the bolts are securing it. Disappointed.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Le design pourrait être revu puisque les points de jonctions des tubes occasionnent un peu de jeu(du lousse) qui risque d'engendrer de l'usure prématuré. Mais pour le prix, c'est un défaut acceptable!

I bought another one for our second bathroom. This item is good, except for the fact that the hand rails are a bit wobbly because of the screwed in joints at the back. It may be better to have a longer joint with two screws to make the rails sturdier. However, as it is, the hand rails are functioning well without any issues as they are supported by the floor of the bathroom.
