The order was placed for my 89 yr old aunt. She weighs about 125 lbs and has a broken hip. The chair came within 3 days to Ottawa. Both the packaging and the item were in immaculate conditions . It required just a small adjustment to be in working condition . No tools were needed though some were included . The aunt is happy and has no problem maneuvering around. Excellent buy for a lighter weight and cost conscientious customer .

Very good. It a high quality wheelchair for a good price. It a bit heavy load with ease into my Crosstrek car. The wheels does show wear when it goes over road sand. Unfortunately, I ended up buying a lighter and smaller wheelchair for transporting and easier cleaning with the wheels. However, my father will use this wheelchair for indoors use in the future.
