After using this bag for 3 months, here's what I've learned: it's definitely not "waterproof," only water-resistant at best, and that's in very light rain. Unfortunately, the logo fell off and is now lost. Just my two cents.

It is compact. Can easily accommodate 14-15 inch laptop plus iPad and accessories in the middle. I am not sure if the handle can lasts for a while as it is synthetic

I really like this. I use it for my office bag - the papers do not get bent, comfortable for back pack, can carry by the handle. The zipper is a bit weird, I would expect to be able to open from top down on either side but it opens from the bottom of the sides to meet at the top.
