This is by far the worst product I have ever purchased from you guys. It is totally useless. I ordered this last week; it was shipped quickly and delivered as promised within two business days. Installation was not as easy as expected since the nut is only one, and it isn't easy to reach when installed, let alone accommodate all lines inside. Installation took longer than expected. The worst part came when the faucet just came apart, only a few hours after installation. I have always tried to support Canadian business, but it has to make sense. This was a waste a time and money. I will not ever recommend this product, and to be honest, I do not think I can support you guys anymore. The previous kitchen faucet I got from you almost flooded my house; thank God we found the problem on time. Very disappointed with my choice.

Something is wrong with the faucet head on this, we don't have hard water here, the Sprayer won’t Switch to stream or vice versa, they sent a replacement but just like the last time, it lasted 5 months before history repeated itself. I'll get in touch again and update this once a solution is found.
