I've put batteries in, nothing happened. No light, no connectivity. I tried different batteries, tried touching keys, tird to find it over Bluetooth. Nothing works. I'll ask for a refund.

The keyboard is fine, the connectivity is good, size and range are good, but the mouse is very low quality. The buttons feel squishy, and the left click feels like it is not properly attached. The tactile feedback is off.
