Haha! Je suis satisfaite.

Previously purchased this item and replaced when it broke and will be adding more to other washrooms. They have updated the new ones with a plastic cap you can screw using your hands negating the use of tools. Very nice touch.

Has a slow leak at the spray nozzle that I noticed a day after installation. Cheap build quality. Would not recommend.

I have said this before. these bidets are an absolute must. People that do not have or use one are missing out on that totally clean feeling. This particular brand is the best.
