This is a much lighter wheelchair than the 24" wheel version and much easier for this 80-yr old to lift into the back of our pickup than the 24" version. The pneumatic tires provide a nice soft ride, although I needed to inflate them a little. We don't use the folding armrest or back so I can't comment on that feature. This is the third LivingBASICS wheelchair we have bought and they have been great, especially the price.
