Bed frame is complete and had all the parts, but the slats would not fit on either end. I got most of them in with a friend stretching the frame open, by removing the caps, and by using a heavy hammer, but a few simply will not go in. I have taped over the pieces sticking out and sleep in the bed, occasionally trying to cram them in with a hammer. I did contact customer service about it, but after a few sessions of gaslighting, I gave up and they never contacted me to resolve. I suspect the item was on sale because it had been returned for the same reason.
