La qualité d'impression est très bonne. J'ai imprimé des photos pour des tasses (sublimation) les images étaient très belles. Je vais continuer avec ce produits et je l'ai même recommandé a une amie qui vient d'acheter la même imprimante que moi

Unfortunately this ink cannot be used with a printer that has used regular ink(non-Sublimation) without damaging the printer. Most people probably are not aware of this. Fortunately I found this information using AI before using the ink. Sublimation ink is used primarily for printing on fabric and requires a dedicated printer for that purpose. Mixing regular ink with sublimation ink will do significant damage to your printer. Buyer beware!!!
We're sorry for the late reply. Thank you for taking the time to share this important insight about the sublimation ink — we're truly sorry the product listing didn't make it clear that this ink requires a dedicated printer and shouldn't be mixed with regular ink. We've shared your feedback with our product team so we can make this much clearer for other customers. If you'd like more help, our Customer Support team is here for you: Live Chat or 1-866-979-7463, Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET. We've also sent you an email — please check your inbox. We look forward to having you back. — 123ink.ca Customer Care. This reply was drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by our team.
