Came in a really compact package but expands quite a bit within 48 hours of opening. Decent amount of padding on the back and the neck pillow is especially very useful to raise the height. Love the arm on both sides for added support. The green outer cover can be washed and is very easy to remove with a zip at the bottom. Been using it for a week and I'm satisfied with the purchase. (Also I named it Snorlax. Lol)

Extraordinarily comfy, expanded very quickly after opening (packaging could be a bit easier to get into though). Support may not be the best long-term, and the head pillow is floppy (enough to dock a star), but if you have any interest in comfort you'll get use out of this. Highly recommended.
