Item came packed well. Was easy to assemble. But the build quality was pretty poor in the finish. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I had it in good light in the bathroom assembled, but the finish on the front had glue? seeping over the white on the front on multiple places and poor painting on others. Quite disappointing because as a unit, it's nice. Called in for support and was given an appropriate solution, as emailing only kept asking me to send it back for a refund (it would not be resellable as taking it apart would probably damage things, and repackaging it would be damn near impossible to do correctly).
