Not what I expected. It is soft & has nice material. I bought 2 of these and both have loose armrests & they are only a month old. The footrest is cheaply put together and I worry about the longevity of it. The most annoying thing is the fact that you have to manually recline and rise up the seat with a leaver that is very far under the seat, adjusting the height of the chair by accident instead.
Thank you for your honest feedback! We're sorry to hear about the loose armrests on both chairs — this is not the experience we intended. Our chairs feature adjustable armrests designed for long-term use, and any quality issue is covered under our one-year warranty. Please contact our customer service team so we can arrange a prompt solution. Regarding the recline lever, we understand the positioning can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your input for improvement. We stand behind our products and hope to make this right for you — thank you for giving us the chance to help!

What Customers Think About Shopper+
Site is easy to read and navigate. Not true for many other sites. Lots of other stuff to choose from as well. When I get time, I'll have a good look. Thanks!
