To replace batteries you have to turn the square part! (Sure you can read a manual, but why don't they have a little symbol on the dang thing to indicate this?!!! Instead it has little arrows to know how to line it up for when you put the battery back in.) Comes with batteries, but it has a little paper piece to prevent draining in the package. Once you pop the battery compartment open (by turning it!) the paper will fall out and it'll work.

my sons cat wanted to help, these are very easy to use and allows you you to use both hands to carry your stuff and the fact that it is around your neck keeps down the flashing a bright light into somebody's eyes .

This is a very handy tool. I use them for so many different things: housework; auto repair; reading in dim light. They stay in place. Highly recommended.

Very useful. Free up your hands. Come with 2 batteries. 1 side on is enough light to see in the dark.

Found this really useful for work under cabinets. I don’t hit my head when wearing this compared to a headlamp.
