They are not stable, keep wiggling from side to side. And no, its not not the screws that are loose. I had to buy rubber chair leg caps to see if that would help, but no, still wiggle....
We're sorry for the late reply. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with these boucle dining chairs, and we're truly sorry they keep wobbling from side to side even after you checked the screws and added rubber leg caps — that's not the steady, comfortable seating you should have. We've shared your feedback with our product team so we can do better. If you'd like more help, our Customer Support team is here for you: Live Chat or 1-866-979-7463, Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET. We've also sent you an email — please check your inbox. We look forward to having you back. — 123ink.ca Customer Care. This reply was drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by our team.

What Customers Think About Shopper+
Site is easy to read and navigate. Not true for many other sites. Lots of other stuff to choose from as well. When I get time, I'll have a good look. Thanks!
