Very nice and smooth monitor arm. I was able to get it set up fairly quickly with included instructions. An extra QR code is also in the instruction booklet which shows a video setup which is very helpful even if it's not in English. I was initially missing a set screw to tighten the bottom arm portion to the base as shown in the attached picture, but realized it fell off inside the plastic packaging (just a note in case anyone else has the same experience, not the fault of the product). There was also some exposed gel substance on the arm which I assume is a lubricant between each arm piece to allow it to freely rotate. Just something to keep in mind as it can get messy during assembly if you accidently grab it like I did. Great product, and hope it lasts well.

I was really impressed by how easy this monitor arm was to install. Everything goes together in separate pieces, so you don't have to wrestle with the whole arm and monitor at once. You install the base, add the arm sections one by one, and then just clip the monitor into place. The monitor can also be unclipped very easily if you ever need to remove it. Definitely one of the easiest monitor arms I've installed.

While it is a little unclear exactly tightens with each part you turn, the arm itself is fantastic and holds up my monitor perfectly. It also looks nice and hides my cords, I really couldn't ask for more!
